1. Scope of Service
We provide a software platform to help hotels manage rooms, bookings, billing, guests, and reports.
We do not operate or manage hotels and are not a party to guest–hotel transactions.
All operational, legal, tax, and regulatory responsibility remains with the hotel.
2. Account Registration
Accurate business details are mandatory.
Login credentials are confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis (single hotel / multiple hotel plans).
Plan features and limits are defined at the time of purchase.
Prices may change for future billing cycles.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
No refunds for:
Partial usage
Early cancellation
Plan downgrade
Non-usage of features
Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Platform Usage
The platform must be used only for lawful hotel business purposes.
You may not:
Reverse-engineer or resell the software
Share access with unauthorized users
Use the platform for illegal or abusive activities
6. Data Accuracy & Outputs
All reports, bills, and analytics are generated based on data entered by the hotel.
We are not responsible for incorrect entries, billing errors, or operational mistakes caused by user input.
7. Service Availability
The platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Downtime for maintenance or technical reasons may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Revenue loss
Booking disputes
Guest complaints
Compliance or tax issues
Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the last subscription fee paid.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts due to:
Non-payment
Policy violations
Illegal use
No refunds will be issued upon termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and documentation remain our intellectual property.
No ownership rights are transferred to the customer.
11. Modifications
Terms may be updated periodically.
Continued use after updates means acceptance.
12. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction lies with courts in the company’s registered location.
