Important: We collect guest personal data only as provided by the hotel. We do not independently verify guest identities.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
Data is collected strictly to:
Enable hotel operations (booking, check-in/out, billing, reports)
Maintain platform functionality
Provide customer support
Improve system performance, features, and product development
3. Data Ownership & Roles
The hotel is the data owner/controller.
We act solely as a data processor.
Responsibility for lawful collection of guest data (including consent) lies with the hotel.
4. Use of Guest IDs & Phone Numbers
Guest IDs and phone numbers are used only for operational purposes within the platform.
We do not use guest IDs or phone numbers for marketing.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
5. Data Sharing
Guest data may be shared only:
When required by law or government authorities
With essential service providers (hosting, backups, messaging services) strictly for platform operation
With hotel-authorized integrations (e.g., SMS/WhatsApp), if enabled by the hotel
No unauthorized sharing is permitted.
6. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on secure servers with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Absolute security cannot be guaranteed, and customers acknowledge this risk.
7. Data Backup & Retention
Data backups are provided as per the subscribed plan (e.g., up to 1-year backup).
After account termination, data may be permanently deleted after the retention period.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Hotels are responsible for:
Obtaining guest consent for data collection
Complying with local laws related to guest identification and record-keeping
Ensuring staff do not misuse guest data
We are not liable for misuse of data by hotel staff.
9. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
